Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back to the North Pole.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.
Package with Care
Place your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the box is securely taped and the new label is clearly visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our workshop receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
